Woman charged with hit and run says she was escaping assault
A Fairfax County woman who has been charged in connection with a car accident in which another woman died says the accident occurred because the woman attacked her. Her criminal defense attorney said his client "was just trying to get away" from the fatally injured woman, who was punching her through the car window.
